Perth Families | Kalgoorlie Family Photographer

Last months whilst I was in Perth I finally got around to shooting a family session with my best friend, which we had been trying to organise for the last 18 months.  Unfortunately, we ended up choosing a day that was over 40 degree heat and we were all hot and sweaty and lethargic.  I also had my 3 boys with me – which is not normally something I do on a shoot – and they kept everyone entertained with their loud singing about boy stuff (use your imagination there!!)

However, apart from a few out of the ordinary going ons, they turned out lovely.  They are impatiently (haha) awaiting a first view of their images so to put them out of their misery I have just a little sneak peek for them here.  You may recognise their two kids from my previous work:

So there you go Gray family, love you all to bits and miss you all the time.  Can’t wait for the next visit xxx

Belly to Bub | Kalgoorlie Maternity and Newborn Photographer

I heart this family.  They are just gorgeous people and I get such a laugh whenever we get together for another Portrait Session.  This time is for the Belly to Bub Collection as baby number 2 was on her way!  I loved seeing how 2yo Lilly had grown into this confident little punk princess.  With kiwi parents, close Canadian friends and an upbringing in Australia, she has a mixture of accents!  Combine that with the typical toddler voice it was just adorable to listen to her.

Alice, of course, looked gorgeous pregnant second time around as she did the first.  And Dave, oh Dave you crack me up!  I wish your (growing) little family lots of love and happiness in your future xx

And then baby Luca makes 4:

I could add so many more, I loved their sessions.  It was great to see you all again, and I am looking forward to watching Luca grow aswell and see who she takes after!  Lots of love to you xxx

Children | Kalgoorlie Child Portrait Photographer

Ah, yet another repeat client…love love love to see my babies all grown up!  It was great to go back to Seb’s house and visit him 12 months after I first met him.  There is so much growing and exploring and learning done in that first year of a baby’s life, not to mention their personality is usually in full force!

Seb is such a happy and well adjusted little man, and it was so adorable to see how he also regards the two family pets – George and Mildred – as his buddies.  G & M are also full of personality and I can see how they regard themselves as Seb’s siblings!  Welcome back to Seb’s life as now a 1 year old:

George and Mildred…I adore these doggies!

One of Sebastian’s favourite past times…turning the taps on in the bath.  Although I hear turning them off again isn’t a past time of his :)

And this was Seb when I first met him, 12 months ago:

And today:

Thanks Dani, it was great to see you all again.  You should be very proud of your little man, he has such a sweet and gentle nature, such a credit to you both.  I can’t wait to see your album done up!

On another note before I sign off, I will be out of town for the remainder of this month and may not be able to answer my emails or calls on a regular basis over the next two weeks.  If you would like to make a booking for February please be patient with me over this time and I will get back to you as soon as I can.  Some time away with my family is calling me!

Enjoy the last of your school holidays…I know I will be :) xxx
